Returns and Refunds

Once an order has been placed on our website, it cannot be canceled. However, you may follow our returns and refunds policy outlined below.

At Candle & Comfort, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for used or damaged items.

The cost of returning your purchase is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. You must provide proof of postage and include a Return Sales Order number, which can be obtained from our sales team.

For faulty items, please contact us at khadri.meriem@gmail.com to request a Return Sales Order number and explain the reason for the return. We will provide you with a free return label and the option to schedule a free collection.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or faulty orders.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please email us at khadri.meriem@gmail.com before initiating a return. Once we verify the issue, we will refund both the product cost and shipping charges.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items, as you may need to provide it as confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcel. You can contact us and we will give you all the necessary information to submit a claim to your shipping provider.
